Question of the Week

What does it mean to be a Eucharist People?

Comments:
Eu·cha·rist (ykr-st)
n.
A sacrament and the central act of worship in many Christian churches, which was instituted at the Last Supper and in which bread and wine are consecrated and consumed in remembrance of Jesus's death; Communion.
The consecrated elements of this rite; Communion.

I suppose then that a Eucharist People are those who identify with Christ in the act and fellowship of communion.

yes...but that fellowship is ongoing, continuous, and everpresent.

Isn't "ongoing" and "continuous" the same thing? And, what are you driving at with this?

I think it means that we need to be continuous in our worship and that the act of communion by way of our rememberance of Jesus' life and death should be something that is constant in all aspects of our everyday lives.

Thank you Matthew but I am aware of the concept of synonyms and simply used it for reinforcement purposes...Leah gets it.

yeah, me!!!! It seems I'm smart after all!
