Taco Soup
Ok..ask and you shall receive. This might possibly be the easiest soup in the world to make. You can thank Dru for taking the time to type this out. Chalke and McLaren liked it so much that they wanted the recipe. I recommend this on a cold or rainy day. It's good stuff.
TACO SOUP
1 pound ground beef
1 can unsalted corn
1 can great northern beans
2 cans zesty tomatoes (with jalapeños, chilies, or rotel)
1 package dry taco seasoning mix
1 package dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 cup water
Brown the ground beef and drain excess grease. Put into a large pot on stove top or 4 quart crock pot. Drain the juice from the corn, and rinse and drain the beans before adding to the pot. Pour in tomatoes, including the juice, and add both packages of seasonings. Add water and stir. Cook on high for 1 to 2 hours and on low for an additional 1 to 2 hours (maximum cooking time – 4 hours, minimum cooking time – 3 hours). Serve with shredded cheese and white tortilla chips. Recipe can easily be doubled and will fit in a 6 quart crock pot. It also tastes great re-heated for additional meals. Enjoy!

So, did McLaren tell you what he really thinks or did he give some cryptic answer, as if you'd asked him if he thinks the Bible is the absolute authoritative Word from God?
Also, did you talk to Chalke about atonement and the cross? He seems to have veddy controversial views on that topic.
Hey Adam! It sounds like you and Dru are doing great. I am so glad you two are setteled in. Thanks for opening so many doors at Ashland. We all miss you guys!
